The Dunedin City Council’s Asset and Facilities Management Group is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the City’s extensive property network. We are offering you the opportunity to grow your career in the delivery of efficient and effective facilities/property administrative and support services.
The purpose of the role is to deliver strategic and operational performance by:
- monitoring service levels and work programmes, reporting on progress and taking proactive steps to inform and resolve outstanding or overdue work
- ensuring systems and information are efficient and accurate
- providing a high level of customer service
- identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes to support the Operations team
- contributing to a range of administrative, reporting and service activities to support the operations team
- providing administrative and general support to the Facilities Operations Team Leader and Facilities Operations team.
You will have good interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, be well organised and focused on delivery of services to high standards.
