Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Coordinating maintenance work with contractors and sub-contractors
  • Carrying out inspections and viewings
  • Lodging highly accurate administration documentation and files
  • Controlling the management of rent and rent arrears

Select Criteria:

  • NCEA Numeracy and Literacy (Level 3)
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in the service industry
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in administration
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in front-line customer service
  • Intermediate IT and MS Office Skills
  • Proven conflict resolution and demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Current, clean New Zealand driver's license
  • Experience using Palace, Maintenance Manager or Inspect Real Estate software would be advantageous
  • MUST be eligible to work in NZ and start ASAP
