We are looking for someone to join our well-established and highly regarded programmes in valuation and property management on a permanent full-time basis. Lincoln University has had a long history of providing undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in rural and urban valuation, and property management. Its programmes, including the key 4-year Bachelor of Land and Property Management (BLPM), are accredited by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB), the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ), and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

As a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer your core responsibilities will include:

  • initiating, developing and conducting high quality research, collaborating with others inside and outside the University;
  • advancing and enhancing the teaching and supervision of diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate students, and;
  • contributing to the wider functioning of the University.

We are interested in hearing from you if you have a relevant PhD qualification and professional experience across multiple disciplines, including rural or urban valuation, property investment analysis, and property development and management. Registration with the NZ Valuers Registration Board or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors will be an advantage. Professional experience in additional property disciplines such as property law and real estate brokerage will be taken into account.
