Impression Real Estate is a multiple award winning property management company with a portfolio of mainly inner city apartments. We have a fantastic, fun, young team and strive to be the best in our field. We are innovative and keep up with technology to make portfolio management easier.

Our Airbnb management business is growing and we need a dedicated individual to help us take it to the next level. We manage property for people who want to operate short stay accommodation by advertising on sites like Airbnb and booking.com. Much like a hotel we check guests in to our accommodation on a daily basis and attend to their various needs. On guest check out, cleaning and maintenance is organised to ensure the property is ready for the next guests.

We utilize technology on a daily basis and therefore you need to be tech savvy and not afraid to pick up and run with something new. This business is fast paced and you will need to be able to think on your feet to resolve various situations. It is a challenge but a lot of fun at the same time.

Due to the nature of the business you will be required to be available after normal business hours and at times on weekends should the need arise. Good planning and organisation will ensure this is limited.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage our Airbnb business
• Act as the key contact between property owners and guests
• Bring new properties into the portfolio
• Ensure KPI's are achieved

The successful candidate will offer the following:

• Competent computer skills
• Self motivated, self driven and a self starter
• Highly organised and a hard worker
• Ability to negotiate satisfactory outcomes
• The ability to face every challenge with a positive attitude
• Good reporting skills; eye for detail
• Common sense essential
• Palace Software experience preferred but not essential
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role essential
