You will have use of a company vehicle for business and a phone along with software support for your desktop or laptop computer.
This position is based around bringing on new business and building a portfolio in your region, with the assistance of Head Office and weekly training sessions.
You will start off managing an existing portfolio in this region, and a few more properties are possibly already in the pipeline.
This role is supported by our Regional team leader along with a six-figure national marketing package. Proven marketing initiatives and training is in place.

A brief outline (but not limited to) of the position is as follows:
• The overall responsibility and management of a portfolio of residential properties.
• Bringing on new business.
• Liaising with owners in a highly efficient, effective and professional manner.
• Working with contractors to organise maintenance jobs on properties
• Working in an established team and reporting to the National Sales Manager in weekly meetings
• Completing Detailed inspections of properties and reporting back to owners.
• Responsibility of ensuring full occupancy for all properties in your portfolio
• Letting of vacant Properties
• Tribunal and insurance work
We are looking for a high calibre individual with experience in property management.
Being highly competent and computer literate is important but not as important as being a highly effective communicator.
Owning your own investment property is an advantage as well as any knowledge in the Palace system.
