Our exceptional team has a unique opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in Property Management!
We currently have an opportunity for a Mandarin speaking Junior Property Manager to take on and grow a portfolio under the wing of a highly experienced Senior Property Manager/Team Leader. If you are also fluent in Cantonese, this will be an advantage.
With the portfolio size being fairly small at this stage, this role will allow you to establish yourself while learning on the job and from a team that is the best in the business! Once the right candidate is fully trained and comfortable, with Crockers assistance the portfolio will be grown to the size where we can offer a role in a full Property Manager position. From this there is the ability to treat the portfolio as your own 'business' to grow the portfolio size, revenue and therefore your earnings!
As the role of a Property Manager is very demanding, you will:
- Have a professional mindset
- Work well under pressure
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be a natural problem solver and will enjoy achieving excellent outcomes for your clients and the Company.
- Be able to work as part of a strong team as well as the ability to autonomously run your own portfolio.
Along with this role, you'll receive:
