A top tier law firm is seeking a professional and experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to work alongside the partners on sophisticated projects. This is a critical senior position which requires working alongside the partners of the firm on acquisitions, merges, settlements, and commercial transactions for national and international clients. This role is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, down to earth and diligent Senior Commercial Lawyer to be at the forefront of the projects and be able to work within the team dynamics to present a high-quality outcome for clients. You will have at least 5-7 years experience and be able to effectively walk into this role with ease. For the successful individual there is the opportunity of partnership and growth within the firm.
