Our client is an Insurance Brokerage based in Dunedin and is looking to engage an experienced Claims Consultant to join their established team.

The role:

This will be a full time role based in our client's Dunedin office but will also involve providing support to other South Island offices. Bringing a strong
insurance background you will be working closely with the brokers and
reporting directly to the claims team leader. Building strong relationships internally and externally you will play a major part in the company's day to day functioning.

• Claims experience
• An intuitive approach
• A high level of customer service
• Eye for detail
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Organisation and time management skills
• Good negotiating skills
• Be prepared to challenge the normal
• Client focus
• Willingness to ask questions
