Silver Fern Hanmer Ltd. is looking for Head Chef for their hotel in Hanmer Springs (Canterbury) with experience in rostering, ordering, stocktaking, Supplier Liaison, Training, and up-skilling of staff. You will be fully responsible for the Kitchen Operation, and working directly with the F&B Manager, along with other Department Heads.
You must be able to work in split shifts and have knowledge of intercontinental cuisines.
You must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. It is essential that you are able to develop the menus, recipes, and promotion campaigns that yield positive financial outcomes. You must also hold a valid work permit.
