Our busy cafe is looking for a full-time junior chef that is willing to learn within an experienced team and also be able to work on their own during certain parts of the day.

We want you to be passionate about food have a creative flair.  This is a great opportunity if you are interested in learning new skills and growth in a supportive environment,

There will be some sole responsibility assigned to this role, regarding opening and closing the kitchen, receiving and checking morning stock deliveries, preparing the kitchen for the day and starting your food prep.

You will also be required to prepare the some early morning meals for customers  before the Senior chef arrives.

If this sounds like you, then you will need:-

• Certificate in professional cookery
• Cooking experience at least 2 years
• Good knife skills
• Fluent English
• Developed time management skills
• A friendly can-do attitude
• A willingness to learn
• Reliable transport
• A team player-who is committed and flexible.
• A wicked sense of humour
