Applications are invited from highly motivated and professional individuals with well-developed finance skills for the above position.
The primary function for this busy role will be the accurate and efficient invoicing and assisting with the administration of general debtors. Duties include the preparation, capture, checking and dispatch of invoices, maintaining suitable records and assisting with arrears collection.
As our ideal candidate you will have previous administration and debt collection experience, a professional manner and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will have an aptitude for figures, the ability to multi-task and a demonstrated use of initiative. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Excel, database management and experience with financial figures is essential.
Additional qualities we are looking for are a “can do” attitude, enthusiasm, the ability to remain calm under pressure, professional integrity and a good sense of humour!
