With such tasty cookies, it would be easy to mistake them being a gift from up above but they are baked here in our very own production kitchen in Avondale!

We are looking for Packing Room Members and Team Leaders to join our fast growing team where you will be hand icing and packing cookies.

What do I need to have?

Team Player

• Attention to detail
• You will work efficiently alongside your fellow team members and be able to maintain a consistent fast pace.
• Amazing communication skills, reliable, healthy and very motivated.
• You will thrive under pressure
• Food handling & Food Packing experience is essential
• Understand and follow Food Safety Procedures
• This role involves working in the bakery and assisting Bakers in production
• Job training will be given

Team Leader

• Leadership qualities and experience
• Lead your fellow team members
• Able to look at processes and procedures with an eye for detail and improvement
• Show clear and constructive communication skills when dealing with staff
• Able to communicate with management and take on responsibility

Hours of Work:

• Full time and Casual hours available
• Monday – Friday (day shift – full time hours)
• Availability to work Saturdays if and when required
• Must be flexible
