Cali Press, Culture of Health, landed in NZ late last year and now has 2 busy and vibrant health cafes in Auckland - one in the CBD, and our second just opened in Parnell. Cali Press offers an accessible and balanced approach to healthy eating, with great coffee, juices, smoothies and wholefoods.

About the role
We're hiring across a range of roles - Cafe Crew, Team Leaders and Baristas. We're looking for people who can provide friendly and fast service, while also having a bit of fun!
Cali Crew role principles:
- Passion for coffee and health food / beverages
- Create lasting experiences for our customers with the purpose of improving their day with an excellent Cali experience
- Engage with the Cali team and customers alike to become a valued Crew member
- Fast service across barista / smoothie / toast bar roles, with the ability to have fun while working hard
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and quality at all times

Skills and experience
Cali Press team principles:
- Passion for coffee, health and creating an amazing customer experience!
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to learn quickly
- Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and work as team
- Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks
- Experience in health and nutrition is a plus but not essential as you will learn on the job
- Honesty and reliability 100% essential
