Cook – Wellington Airport
We are BUSY, BUSY!! And looking for another star to join our award winning team at Wellington Airport.
- Full Time – 40 hours per week
- 3 am to 1130 am/11:00 am – 7:30 pm – Shift work based on business demand
We are looking for a reliable cook with baking skills who has:
- Proven record of reliability, punctuality and consistency
- Commercial food preparation skills and experience
- Already possess or able to successfully obtain the following modules:
- Unit 167 – safe food handling
- Unit 21059 - Knife Handling
- Health & Safety
- Chemical Safety
- Ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues and be a team player
- Ability to comprehend and adhere to food safety, health & safety and other compliance requirements
- Well presented with tidy, hygienic work habits and pride in their work
- Ability to work in a process-driven operation ensuring production based on demand
- Own reliable transport as this shift is not supported by public transport
- Good recent employer references essential
- The desire and ability to learn and then learn some more
- Appreciate that the customer pays our wages
