Non Solo Pizza is an established Italian restaurant in Parnell which can seat up to 150 people and often takes up to 100 casual diners on any night of the week.
Non Solo Pizza has a newly renovated cafe/bar at the entrance called Osteria. Osteria is a place where you go to meet friends, enjoy wine and try the delicious crudo and mozzarella bar.
We are looking for a Chef to specialise in our Italian "Stuzzichini" Bar at Osteria (Non Solo Pizza) in Parnell.
Italian experience and knowledge of Osterias experience an advantage.
Applicant must have experience working in Italian restaurants and have a passion to create and present in a grand style.
Applicants must be able to work well under pressure, as part of a team, consistently producing quality food while moving at a fast pace.
To be successful in this position, you must have proven experience of working in a high volume kitchen, and understand the importance of maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen.
