Garden Place Noodle Bar is seeking an experienced restaurant manager for our busy noodle bar. We are popular destination for distinctive Chinese food and seek a person with flair and enthusiasm in the hospitality industry. This is a permanent full-time position.

Key responsibilities and skills for this role:

• working accurately in a fast paced and dynamic environment 
• scheduling menus in consultation with Chefs
• preparing and organising some special functions
• purchasing and pricing of products according to the restaurant budget
• handling and recording stock levels and financial transactions
• ensuring dining facilities according with health regulations and be clean and functional
• providing customers with the best dining experience  
• hiring, training and supervising new team members and kitchen staff
• taking reservations, greeting customers and assisting in taking orders
• having minimum 2 years’ manager experience in a similar field
• having excellent English communication skills (knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage)
