This global company is a leading name in the freight and logistics industry. Based in the East/South Auckland area, they are a family business that have experienced significant growth over the past few years. They offer parking on site and flexibility for the right person.
The Role
As an Accounts Clerk, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working closely with a team of 8 to support a range of accounting functions. You will be specifically dealing with Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables. On the Accounts Payables side, you will be processing invoices, coding and preparing payment runs. You will also be required to deal with daily banking, allocating, receipting and reconciliation of bank accounts.
Your Profile
You will have similar experience working as an Accounts Clerk or Accounts Assistant, performing the full function of Payables and Receivables. You will have excellent communication skills to liaise with others, both internally and externally. You will be comfortable working in high volume environments and be able to perform extra tasks where necessary.
