Are you an experienced senior Duty Manager that is ready to step up and take the General Manager reins at this popular bar/restaurant?

What the ideal candidate will look like;

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience as a Duty Manager, or similar management position
• Strong knowledge of running a bar/restaurant
• Confident managing a small team of dedicated staff
• Have a current Duty Manager's Licence
• Be prepared to be hands on operationally (office based Managers need not apply)
• Available to work a mixture of days, nights and occasional weekends
• Be process and systems based, and have evidence to support this
• A charismatic and personality driven leader that will maintain existing relationships with regular customers, as well as developing relationships with new customers
• Surrounded by a strong and supportive team, as well as a local Senior Management team
