What could be better in hospitality working Monday to Friday? Not much! This is a call out for a special Assistant Manager looking for early starts, early finishes and sweet Monday to Friday hours!
To top it off, my client is closed Public Holidays and over the Christmas break - could this possibly get any better?!
This particular role will have a part time training period, then will evolve into a fulltime, fixed term position between 12 - 13 months. There is a chance this could be extended out after this period.
You will need to:
- Have 2 - 3 years at Assistant Management level with experience managing staff
- Have strong barista skills in a high volume environment
- Be admin confident - rostering, goods receipting etc...
- Have exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Be passionate about training, developing and mentoring your team
- Love food - love creating it - love designing it!
