Evening shift Duty Manager for very busy bar & restaurant
To enjoy the fresh environment that this location offers you will need to know how to run a busy bar.
Accommodation is at $100 per week including power. You will have to be ready to be Duty Manager that is used to the to-and-fro of a busy local bar & restaurant.
The location in Haast will make you feel like you are on a working holiday!
The position will be based on approximately 40 hours per week. The successful applicant will ensure that the high level of service at the venue is maintained and bring a strong level of hospitality professionalism to the role.
To apply for this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
Paying $21.00 per hour
- Will insist on a high standard and experience
- Experience leading a team from the front
- Proven experience in a Duty Manager or similar position
- Be flexible in duties with an enthusiasm and energy for all aspects of hospitality
- Passionate about delivering "only the best" in customer service
- Well organised and good with systems
- Experienced in supervising and training staff
- Excellent communication skills including a fluent command of the English language
- Have an immaculate personal presentation
