Head Chef - Cafe
The position will suit an experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous ready for a new challenge.
Columbus Coffee Middlemore Hospital is seeking someone ready to step-up and be part of a dynamic brand.
You must be able to lead a passionate team, provide menu development, staff management and preparation. Most importantly be able to work well under pressure.
Ability to work weekends and a variety of shifts
Minimum of 3 year’s experience is required
Pay rate will be negotiated subject to experience and suitability for this role.
As Head Chef you must have experience in:
- Creative menu ideas
- Staff management
- Menu costing and control
- Staff training
- Ordering and stocktaking
- Consistency and quality are a must as well as good communication skills
