We have a 12 month fixed-term vacancy for a 0.8 Nutrition focused Health Promoter with the Canterbury District Health Board, Community and Public Health, based in our Greymouth Office.
The principal objective is to improve the health and well being of our region so we are looking for a passionate Health Promoter to join our team. As a strong team player you'll enjoy collaborative work and will be the face of nutrition and health in the community. With your passion for healthy living you'll demonstrate proven leadership skills in bringing key stake holders together, focused on improving the well being of the community.
You'll be providing input into a variety of national, regional and local initiatives that cover a wide range of issues. Planning, implementation and evaluation of health initiatives will be your forte and a background or knowledge in Nutrition Promotion would be an advantage for this role.
