A growing business in the Travel Industry, this team of professionals are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team. With some very busy times ahead you will join the team at a very exciting time for the business. Initially you will start on 25 hours per week and then flex up to 40 hours within 6 months. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- End of month preparation of Consolidated Invoices
- Manage the collection of commission from suppliers/hotels
- Receipting of commissions
- Credit card receipting
- Prepare monthly creditor payments
- Reconcile payments with statement
- Backup to Finance Manager when on leave
- Assist Finance Manager on an adhoc basis
You will need proven Accounts Admin experience with solid Excel skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and be deadline focussed. You will have a can-do attitude and enjoy taking ownership of your role. This business is offering an hourly rate of $26.00 per hour and would like someone who can work 5 hours per day.
