About the role
Your role will be assisting the day to day treatments for Our Dry Eye Clinic using Intense Pulsed light Therapy (IPL), Ortho K Treatment protocols, teaching patients correct contact lenses handling, facilitating preliminary testing with the use of our Optical Coherence Tomographer, Edion Retinal imaging scans, Automated Visual Anaylser, Intraocular pressure checks and much more. Training for these advanced technological equipment would be provided for the successful applicant.
Other aspects of the role will include an understanding of the fashion spectacle selection process and our frame fitting philiosophy.
Skills and experience
We are looking for an exceptional clinical assistant to join our well-established, busy and successful practice. A clinical or nursing background could be beneficial but not essential. We do need an energetic, positive attitude, if you are organized, motivated, and work well as part of a team, we want to hear from you.
This is a part time role Monday, Wednesday and Fridays including rostered Saturdays
