We are seeking a person who is passionate in leading a team and who is performance driven and customer focused.
This is a fulltime position and you will report directly to the owners.Previous retail management experience is essential
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Develop strategies to increase customer visits and optimise profitability
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock levels
- Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales
- Lead, recruit, train, motivate and coach a high performing team
- Report on business performance, sales, new initiatives and relevant issues
- Manage escalations from customers (feedback, complaints)
- Keep up to date on new products, services & industry trends

About the company
Our store is a leading pharmacy within the Green Cross Health group and in 2016 we were awarded the prize of NZ Life Pharmacy of the Year. We have a motivated and supportive team and are looking for someone to take the reins from our present manager who is relocating after being with us for the last 8 years.
