Spectrum Care Trust supports people with disabilities to live great lives in the community. With over 100 sites and services across the Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Wellington regions, we provide a wide range of services for people with intellectual and / or physical disabilities within residential homes and out in their community.
Spectrum Care's Home Support division is part of our Child Youth & Respite service, and supports children with disabilities and their families within the family home. We are looking for an amazing administrator to join our home Support team in Onehunga.
This role provides assistance to the Service Manager and Service Coordinators. If successful you will be motivated and organised individual with the ability to work autonomously and multitask.
You role would include taking phone calls, responding to emails from a variety of stakeholders, minute taking, writing and issuing purchase orders using Microsoft Navision, chasing up invoices from contractors and liaising with the Finance Department. You will need to have at least 2 years' experience in an administrative support role.
You will need to be able to:
- Be self-organised with time management skills to plan and set priorities
- Communicate effectively and create rapport with a variety of stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of customer service skills
- Proactively respond to purchase orders and requests
- Keep up to date hard copy and electronic filing systems
- Demonstrate honesty, reliability and especially with confidential information
You will also be motivated, organised and proactive. You are encouraging and respectful to others, welcoming of varied points of view and cultural differences.
