We are working with a Not-for-profit Hospital located in Bundaberg, Queensland. The hospital is a 142- bed acute care surgical and medical facility that provides high quality healthcare set in modern facilities with the latest technology.
The Position
Our client is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team on a full time basis. The successful applicant will enjoy a stimulating and varied case load, including private practice outpatient clinic, orthopaedic and post-operative rehabilitation, as well as acute medical and neurological treatment.
The Person
Key Selection Criteria for this position includes:
- Minimum of 5 years’ Physiotherapy experience, in particular outpatients, acute medical and surgical patients including Intensive Care.
- Ability to support the Allied Health Manager to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team Allied Health team.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous and innovative improvement.
- Display high level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Display a high standard of professionalism and personal presentation.
- Excellent organisation and workload management skills.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
