Our client is looking for a loyal experienced Nurse Manager who has excellent communication and people skills and a dynamic personality. This role reports to the Village Manager and is supported by an experienced clinical and administration team. The key responsibilities are to lead a successful team, to maintain profitability and to ensure great holistic care is provided in this rest-home, hospital and dementia facility as well as support the village residents.
We are seeking for someone who has exceptional management skills, an optimistic perspective, approachable, has good sense of humour, who can work within a team environment, and is quality driven.

This is a role for an experienced Nurse Manager.

Someone who has a real passion for working in Aged Care and who has previous aged care experience

You will be responsible for the Clinical leadership, the Occupancy and risk Quality Management.

With the Financial Management you will ensure that this is within the specified budget to obtain profitability.

You will support the Village Manager in staff meetings and undertake an active role in communicating effectively with all staff.
Be part of a very supportive management group in aged care.
Skills needed:
- Must hold a relevant tertiary qualification in nursing, and a current APC
- A minimum of 3 years clinical aged care management experience;
- Proven ability to successfully lead and manage teams in the healthcare sector;
- Recent aged care experience and or sector knowledge an advantage;
- Demonstrated professional ability in written and oral communication
- Excellent customer relationship and people management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret basic financial reports;
- Demonstrated IT literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Disciplined approach to managing performance against compliance standards
