This position presents an opportunity to make a real contribution to the bottom line whilst progressing toward senior leadership in a well-known business. As the Operations Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Budgeting & forecasting
• KPI and business performance reporting
• Cost monitoring and variance analysis
• Financial analysis and reporting - plant / labour performance
• Monitoring and reporting of CAPEX
• Product costings
• Ad hoc analysis and project work

  
This position is designed to support business-critical decision making through the preparation, development and analysis of financial and non-financial information. You will be a self-starter, capable of working cross functionally, collaborating with multiple departments. As a natural leader, you will have the presence to influence effectively, to generate buy-in across the operational teams, and act as a trusted advisor. Manufacturing will be your forte; we’re looking for an individual with a background of transforming respectable performance to best in class performance, with a quantifiable track record. As a proven analyst, you will be experienced working with and manipulating data, with the ability to derive insights and form recommendations.
