Act as 2IC to Civil Manager to free him up to bring in additional business and allow you to create a role around your long term aspiration.
Deliver industry best designs in the area of urban development and civil works and roads; including drainage earthworks and access roads.
Play a key role within this structural focused consultancy to further develop a Civil Division to the existing business with the support of top tier Director as your direct boss who has a wealth of experience and knowledge to impart your career.
Apart from growing the team, you will liaise with clients, contractors and manage design process and build relationships leading to repeat work.
To support your growth there is a swag of projects across land development and civil works, there is plenty of work to step straight into.
Your solid reputation for quality design and delivery will benefit, not only your earning capacity but also support your growth in the following years to the inner circle in this successful company.
