Our client is looking for an experienced Administration Manager who has a proven history of producing statutory accounts. This front office role is business critical, for not only will you be responsible for the organisations finances, you will be the face of the organisation. As the role is responsible for staffing reception you will be required to have strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills and a track record in providing good customer service. This role requires a person of a friendly and energetic disposition who can deliver on the financial requirements, be the organisation’s office manager and assistant to the Managing Director. You will be the gel that brings everyone together.
This is a part time role, of 30 hours per week which must be spread over a five-day period. Based in the heart of the city this is a fantastic opportunity, where you can indeed take ownership and make the role your own. If you are interested in finding out more, please register your interest below.
