The Role
In this role you will still be a hands on credit controller. You will:
- Manage a small team (1 person)
- Manage work flow and allocation
- Develop your team
- Create monthly reports
- Look at and improve processes
- Build relationships across the business with key points of contact
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience managing a team
- Be a senior credit controller
- Have a professional approach
- Experience with B2B credit control
- Be calm and confident with a high level of accuracy
