We are currently looking for a payroll superstar to join our busy HR Team as the new face of all things Payroll and Employee Data management. Working with our providers, IPayroll, this role enjoys oversight of a reasonably stable staff base and fairly straightforward employment terms.
Acting as frontline payroll support to our employees and people leaders, this is an exciting, varied but well supported Payroll specialist role that also involves a wide range of HR related activities from helping with recruitment through to involvement in HR projects and roll outs.
The candidate will need to be very detail oriented, passionate about support and service delivery and extremely approachable. In addition to this, you will need to have at least 5 years' experience in general Payroll Administration and be able to handle all the usual payroll queries and supporting processes. Familiarity with the IPayroll platform/system will be extremely advantageous but is not essential.
All applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ. Whilst this is a full time role (40 hours per week) we will consider applicants looking to work 30 hours per week or more and can be flexible as to how these hours are structured.
