Very well regarded national Australian engineering consultancy, currently not represented in New Zealand, however, has a strong client base here, and is looking to add another branch to their niche in Auckland
Current clients are plentiful as well as projects, what we need is a leader to manage and grow the business further with strong support from head office.
You will have strong expertise in various High rise residential/commercial as well as large shopping centre projects, properly from a local blue chip or well-regarded engineering consultancy locally. Needless to say, you would be one of the "gurus" in the office that has already a number of stripes to your name and now ready to take the next step into managing the entire branch.
You had the foresight to strategically position yourself as an 'attractive and needed' supplier to your specialist market, including;
- Developing key and sought after client relationships
- Strategic and effective recruitment
- Technical development of a strong team
- Strategic competitor analysis
- Tailored and needed proposals
The view for your new career would set your sights into directorship with significant rewards added to your package
It would be envisaged that you would be CPEng and have around 10+ years local Structural experience, with a thorough knowledge of the local market in Auckland.
