ELECTRICAL PROJECT ENGINEER
Are you an active team player, does the thought of working for a small progressive, award winning company with decades of experience involved in project installations, solely in industrial sector in food, dairy industry, regional council and engineering modules of water/waste treatment appeal, in one fastest growing cities in NZ then this role may be for you!!
This is a key role, involves assistance obtaining new work for the company by providing engineering solutions, written quotations to secure new contracts, managing the successful implementation of the contracts in both workshop and site locations, including project planning,scheduling,job instruction and commissioning.
The successful applicant needs to be able to interpret plans and specifications quickly,have fluent keyboard skills with Excel, motivate people to perform, apply safe working practices and ensure the company's quality systems are consistently applied.
The ideal applicant will have NZ citizenship, be certified Electrical Engineer (not Electronics) Diploma or equivalent, c/w Electrical registration/Practicing License with 5 years minimum industrial experience (not including apprenticeship).
Previous experience in the above industrial sectors of project management and quality systems,whilst desirable,is not essential.
