The Wellington branch of this large national construction main contractor is now a mainstay in the Wellington market. They win more than their share of projects and have a very healthy forward workload. With a mixture of design and build, tendered and negotiated work, they also deliver projects from $1M to $100M in value.

They now need to add an additional member to their senior leadership team in the form of a project director to lead major projects. You will have people management responsibilities and will most likely monitor multiple projects, but you will also need to lead their major flagship projects. 

You will come from an extensive construction management background having delivered large projects of at least $50M in value previously. You will have experience setting projects up, working on pre-construction, liaising with the client, consultants and reporting both internally and externally.

You can expect a salary package including a vehicle or allowance of up to $180,000 plus additional benefits and bonuses.
