Our client has made a name as a highly reliable and professional main contractor consistently delivering stand out commercial construction projects across the North Island.
With a number of large projects secured and more in the pipeline, they are now looking to add to their impressive team to deliver these projects. If you are a Project Manager on commercial building projects currently, this is the role for you.
We are looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience as PM on commercial build projects in NZ
- Ability to communicate well with stakeholders and project teams
- Subcontractor management and project scheduling/programming
- Strong relationship management skills
- Drive and motivation to deliver projects to the highest quality
- Trades background and/or relevant tertiary qualifications
- Relates well to the company culture of honesty, respect and hard work
