Finance Officer - Part time 25 hours per week

Reporting to the Finance Services Team Leader you will be responsible for;
- Efficient end-to-end processing in the purchase order system, including matching of invoices to purchase orders, payments and accounts payable.
- Monitoring processing of purchase orders for services including authorization levels and systems data maintenance.
- Receive invoices for services and match to raised purchase order
- Batching, coding and allocating invoices
- Pay invoices via creditors,
- Answer inbound calls from accounts receivable / credit officers and maintaining relationships with suppliers
