Using your excellent organisation and prioritisation ability, you will responsible for effectively scheduling the operational workload and allocating work to our technicians out onsite. It may also include quoting, calling contractors, making appointments, ordering supplies and coordinating site visits.

In order to succeed in this role, you need to have high energy, be super organised and be able to continually prioritise. You need think flexibly and thrive in a busy demanding environment. You will have worked in a busy scheduling role previously (ideally 3 years plus) within a contracting or construction environment. An understanding of job costing is ideal as well as being systems savvy. Your strong customer service focus and ability to build relationships are also key.
