Based at our new Richmond site, this fast paced, challenging role will allow you to showcase your residential construction management experience and further develop these skills on this $150m, 4-5 year development. Reporting to the Residential Site Manager you will be instrumental in the on-going residential construction.
It is vital that you have experience working in the Construction industry, with experience in contractor management and NZ building code requirements. You will have a commitment to delivering quality whilst working in tight timeframes, strong communication skills and a high level of Health and Safety knowledge.
