This award winning tier 2 commercial construction company has grown considerably over the past 2 years. They aim to continue that growth and therefore are looking to appoint a new member to the senior leadership team. With a reputation for delivering quality projects on time and to budget they typically work on projects up to $15M. However part of their growth strategy is to successfully deliver $20M - $50M projects and therefore this new appointment will come with relevant large project experience. 

You will come from a Quantity Surveying background, having qualified and worked in a commercial construction main contractor environment for at least 10-20 years. You could be an experienced Senior QS having delivered large projects or currently in a leadership position looking for a new challenge.

You will lead of team of 13 QS's providing them with mentoring and development opportunities. This team is only expected to grow over the next couple of years, so recruitment will always be top of mind for the successful candidate.

Based in their well appointed head office you will be rewarded with a top salary package between $140K - $170K plus vehicle and benefits.
