We have a challenging and exciting position for a Site Supervisor looking to make a difference.

Are you a site supervisor looking for the next step in your career?

We are looking for a person with:

• At least NZ 4+ years site supervisor experience in concrete construction.
• Solid understanding of all Health and Safety protocols and processes.
• To liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers in matters of project programming, co-ordinating of sub trades and deliveries for materials and equipment.
• To oversee all aspects of the build specific to the projects ensuring timely and cost effective management of projects.
• To carry out pre and post pour documentation along with Quality and Assurance documentation.
• To compile accurate records.
• The ability to understand, interpret and follow plans.
• Experience overseeing large sites and projects that are deadline oriented.
• Excellent communication with employees, supervisors, clients and any other external or internal stakeholders.
• Reviewing and updating management on project risks and critical issues.
• A disciplined, self-motivated person with effective time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team with great interpersonal skills.
