We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Project Supervisor in Auckland to assist with the delivery of projects into our client’s site.

This will be initially a 12 month fixed term contract

You will be based at Paremoremo in North West Auckland. As this role is at Auckland Prison, you must achieve Prison clearance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Supporting the Project Manager in the day to day coordination and delivery of project works on the Auckland Prison Facilities Management contract.

• Allocating tasks according to the project schedule

• Monitoring & reporting of Contractor works on site

• Reviewing and approving safety documentation including work permits

• Liaising with the client for site access

   

  BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

   

• Trade qualified and experienced

• Significant commercial maintenance experience

• Proven track record of managing others

• Strong knowledge of health and safety management practices.

• Team player

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Familiarity with site management with Health & Safety
