An exciting and rare opportunity has become available in Tauranga for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established Developer in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. This company has built a strong reputation in the industry for professionalism and integrity.
You will be working directly with the Managing Director on a range of varied and diverse projects that are underway and in the pipeline. It would be highly advantageous if you have been involved with projects from conception through to completion.
Skills Required:
- Main contractor or Developer experience essential
- Strong Quantity Surveying background
- Good understanding and working experience of the New Zealand Construction Industry
Salary for this role will be competitive for the right person up to 130K depending on experience plus benefits.
