We are seeking applications from qualified Quantity Surveyors with 1 - 3 years post grad residential experience looking to join a close-knit and friendly team in Tauranga. With plenty of work lined up, this is a fantastic opportunity to put your skills and expertise to use while managing the entire process. This opportunity will offer prospects to enrich your career and work with industry experts and specialists.
 
This position will see the successful candidate thriving in a varied and hands on role. You will need to be confident and assured in handling the entire process, dealing with clients and the sales team and project managers. Your ability to problem solve, show initiative and resourcefulness will be key to success.

• Experience working as a QS in a residential construction environment
• Proven knowledge of the New Zealand building code and regulations
• High attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and deadline driven
