Our client operates across the entire construction market including the Commercial, Retail, High Rise Residential and Education sectors. They partner with the biggest names in the business and are renowned for delivering high quality outcomes. They are in need of a Site Foreman to join them on a permanent basis. Strong site supervisory experience is essential, gained on residential or commercial projects. Salary is $120-130k depending on experience.
To be successful in this role you will come from a trade background and have several years experience in delivering projects to exacting standards with high quality finishes. You will be self motivated, results driven, have excellent communication abilities and time management skills. Extensive experience of working with subcontractors and running teams on-site is essential.
Skills and Experience required:
- Strong construction contracting experience
- Trades background is ideal
- Managing staff and subcontractors
- Supervising construction activities
- Assisting the PM in delivery and reporting
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal – at all levels
- Experience on commercial projects in Auckland
