We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator reporting into the Project Manager to provide expert project coordination support across a diverse range of projects to ensure they are completed to time, cost and quality requirements.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 

  • Coordinate the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects as directed by the Project Manager?s and provide administration support to the Project Team.
  • Manage & deliver projects under the guidance, support and direction of the Project Manager.
  • Preparation & tracking of Project Programs.
  • Accurate and timely data management and accurate use of systems.
  • Create, Maintain all disciplines within the SharePoint database.
  • Create, Maintain & Process Purchase Orders.
  • Review and processing of supplier / sub-contractor invoices ? once approved by PM/QS.
  • Preparation of progress claims ?  once approved by PM/QS.
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Creation of work order requests ? Project Set Ups ? Go No Go?s.
  • Complete weekly & monthly project reconciliations.
  • Tracking Variation Registers and updating Contract Values when approved.
  • Drafting Subcontractor Agreements ? as required.
  • Compliance with all CW policies, procedures & processes.
  • Proactive development of business relationship to promote increasing use of CW as an integrated services organisation.
  • Preparation of Bids, Marketing & Tender Submissions.

 

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • A professional approach with a friendly demeanor and a "can do attitude"
  • Senior level contracts or projects administration experience
  • High attention to detail with a "task completion focus"
  • Open and professional communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the business 
  • Good all-round PC skills with a minimum of intermediate level Word and Excel ability
  • Intermediate Microsoft Project skills
