Senior Quantity Surveyor required for main contractor in Lower Hutt.
Your new company
This leading Wellington based main contractor specialises in delivering bespoke, iconic construction projects nationally and throughout Wellington.
Your new role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have experience in large commercial construction projects and will be passionate about what you do. You will be comfortable working largely unsupervised, sharing your knowledge and experience with more junior members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor within the commercial construction industry and will be happy working within a small team whilst having the capacity to work autonomously. You will be able to demonstrate your project experience, highlighting your involvement and outcomes. Working to often tight deadlines won’t faze you and you will be comfortable working on multiple project simultaneously which range in size and value. Your communication skills will be of a high standard as regular liaison with clients, sub-contractors and internal staff and management will be required.
