SITE MANAGER – INTERMEDIATE RESIDENTIAL BUILDS

Wynter Construction is currently seeking a Residential Site Manager to run a lot of 37 Houses in South Auckland.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is building from 400 builds per year, always at a very high level. They are in the Top 5 Homes Builders in New Zealand. This client has a solid pipeline of forward work for 2018 and with more to come on the back of the huge demand from HNZ.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
 
Our client is looking to bring in additional Junior Project Managers . There is strong career progression for someone with the right skill set and drive to pursue a career in Residential Project Management. This role is 100% off the tools and is about Site Management and Sub Contractor Management.
 
IDEAL SKILL SET / EXPERIENCE
 

• A relevant Trade or Tertiary Background would be highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Structure both Vertical and Horizontal.
• A passion for a faced paced work environment
• A team player who doesn’t mind leaving the Site Office or getting his hands dirty when necessary.
• Exposure to building codes NZ3604 and NZ3910
• LBP Carpentry / LBP Site 1 beneficial.
• NZ Experience

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS

The remuneration package is highly competitive and is dependent on experience and skill set. Typical range for this role $85K - $120K + Vehicle + Additional Benefits.
