A Residential Project Manager is required to aid in the management of multiple New Build Residential Homes. These builds are for both HNZ and private clients.
Client Details
Our client is a well known residential home builder servicing the whole of Auckland. On the back of another strong financial year and huge forward workload an additional Project Manager is required to aid in the management and delivery of their highly demanded product.
Description
Be in charge of multiple New Build Homes at various stages of completion from council submissions through to handover.
Profile
The ideal candidate will possess some if not all of the following skills / experiences:
- Tertiary or Trade Background.
- 5+ years management experience.
- Sound programming and scheduling ability.
- Client facing ability
- An LBP or Trade Certification would also be beneficial
Job Offer
